Faith in God and faith in yourself

Faith is so important that God says without it, you cannot please Him. It is only one word with 5 letters, so why is it so vital to pleasing our Heavenly Father?

Jesus, I have faith in You.

Jesus, I believe that You are who You say that You are.

Jesus, I believe that You can do what You say that You can do.

Cast ALL of my cares upon You is exactly what I'm going to do.

I look to Jesus for guidance and strength.

When my money is just about out,

When my mortgage is due,

When friends are few,

When my body is racked with pain,

When I am all alone,

When I am surrounded by many,

When I am feeling happy,

When I am feeling sad,

When nobody has a kind word to say,

I lift my hands and praise Jesus, I believe in Him and I never waver in my faith.

Is that easy? A GREAT BIG NO!!!!!

But, without faith, we can't please God.

Without faith, we are telling God that we DON'T BELIEVE that He is whom He says that He is.

Without faith, we are telling God that we DON'T BELIEVE that He can do what He says that He can do.

Lord, I believe...

Faith is the substance of things that we hope for and it is the evidence of things that we cannot see. ~ Hebrews 11:1

Without the COMPLETE meaning of faith engraved upon our hearts,

Without stepping out in faith in Jesus' Name,

Without believing that YOU CAN DO whatever God asks you to do,

Without faith in the form of 'works' and not just 'lip service'

We displease God, period!!!!!
